The Basic Folding Smartphone & Tablet Stand is surprisingly durable; during product testing, we were unable to twist or otherwise break the hinges. The stand held up both a large HTC One phone and an iPad at a nearly vertical angle (though the iPad was large enough to cause it to wobble a little).
